Whether you have a concern about your pet's health, would like the latest information on vaccination or to discuss flea control, our vets are happy to see you for a consultation.
Each consultation is allocated 10 minutes and spaces are available mornings and afternoon/evenings at each branch, and most lunchtimes at our main Dover branch. Our 6 vets work across all four branches so you can see them at a branch which is local and convenient to you. If you would like to see a specific vet (a good idea for continuity of care), please request to see them when you book.
During a consultation our vets can complete a range of tasks meaning you are able to take your pet straight home afterwards. These include: Vaccinations, Microchipping, Claw clips, Ear cleaning, Anal glands, Blood sampling, Eye examinations, Dental examinations, Blood pressure checks, etc. If the procedure is anticipated to take longer than 10 minutes, you will be allotted a double appointment (20 minutes) at no extra cost.
If your pet requires more in-depth medical or surgical care, our vets may admit them to our kennels/cattery for a short stay. See our day care information for more on this.
